Project Finance at AmalBank takes a hands-on approach in creating financial arrangements for the various project-financing needs of our Clients or Project Partners. Our team has the capacity to structure various Project Financing options to meet unique requirements of Clients.
Our Project Finance facilities cover 'Greenfield' and 'Brownfield' projects; capacity expansion of existing manufacturing and business units, construction ventures or other infrastructure projects. Capital-intensive business expansion and diversification as well as replacement of equipment may be financed through the project term loans. Project loans are approved on the basis of thorough in-house appraisal of their viability and financial feasibility with due consideration to the credit standing of the promoters.

How to Access Project Finance Facility
To apply for a Project finance facility, submit a written application letter with the following minimum information:
- The Project brief
- The Project cost
- The Financing plan - debt/equity ratio
- Facility utilization plan
- The collateral security to be provided
Examples of documentation which can be attached to help explain the project thoroughly are Feasibility reports, Business plans, Bills of quantities, Valuation reports.
